Mendocino Sunset is a small stained glass windowpane that captures a slice of the coastal view in Mendocino, CA.
Mendocino coast is famous for its dramatic rock cliffs and the white water waves that crash onto the seascape. As the sun sets in the far sky, one can see a symphony of color changes in the environment.
This windowpane design records the purple hue in the sky and the warm tones that reflect on the surface of the sea during the magic hour.
